Do you offer prescription lenses?

Not at the moment. Cherie’s Optics currently offers fashion eyewear and contact lenses only. Prescription lenses will be available in the future — stay tuned!

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to:

  • Canada
  • United States

We do not offer international shipping outside of Canada and the U.S. at this time

How long does shipping take?

After processing, delivery typically takes:

  • 2–7 business days within Canada
  • 3–10 business days to the United States

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment. Please note that delivery times may vary based on location and carrier delays.

What shipping carrier do you use?

All our orders are shipped via Canada Post. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $120 CAD.

We also run occasional promotions with discounted shipping — be sure to subscribe to our newsletter so you don’t miss them!

Can I return or exchange my order?

Returns are accepted only for:

  • Items that are damaged, defective, or
  • If you received the wrong item

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and reported within 3 days of delivery. Please visit our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to purchase a different item, please return the original (if eligible), and place a new order.

What items are non-returnable?

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened contact lenses
  • Worn or adjusted frames
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Personal care products
  • Hazardous goods or flammable items

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Visa, MasterCard, AMEX
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay

We do not accept Interac or bank transfers at this time.
